Our 7 Golden Rules

  1. We stand out thanks to our Carinthian hospitality and warmth, we bring emotions to life and are authentic.
  2. We give pride of place to having fun at work, motivation and positive energy – we want to be an example for each other and for our employees.
  3. By continuous training and development we ensure our quality and professionalism in the future too.
  4. We believe it is very important to treat our guests, partners and employees with respect and to communicate with them well.
  5. We work together, think holistically, see beyond the end of our own nose and cultivate the interfaces between us – for us the focus is on jointly providing service for our guests.
  6. We and our employees treat the products and items entrusted to us with the greatest of care. When we work we aim to preserve resources and the environment.
  7. We, the Seepark team, create joint values and achieve new goals together.

We compiled these rules together with our department managers during a workshop in February 2014. We try to act accordingly as well as we can. This makes us HAPPY, and hopefully you too!
